Lisa is STILL on board with us, however, Sherri Biass, the SES Director
for Rockford recognized her as an employee when she arrived at the
Vendor Fair today. As a result, Lisa was prohibited from recruiting,
however, Sherri allowed her to leave fliers on our table.
Sherri told her there would be no problem with her working in the
program, however, she could not recruit.
I asked her to agressively tap her network for someone(s) who can
recruit: religious organizations, social/community groups, classes,
neighbors, colleagues at Macy's, etc.
She felt VERY badly and I told her better we find out now than in the
future and have penalties or other remedial actions levied against CR.
